North Star Christian High School is an established private home school with a comprehensive distance learning program serving our students nationally since 2004. We are committed to assiting our students that wish to make a difference in their lives. Graduated North Star Christian High School students can and have benefited from a home school education and take advantage of having been affiliated with a nationally recognized institution. North Star Christian High School educational materials are derived from nationally recognized and accredited curriculum (A BEKA).

Obviously, there are many adult education programs to choose from some good other bad. North Star Christian High School is unique, because it is has a proven history of success as a private home school. This is the reason so many students have enrolled and graduated from North Star Christian High School over the years.

We specialize in working with youth and adults. So whether you are the parent of a child that you are looking to place into an Parent led alternative program from public or traditional private school or you are an adult that is looking to take positive steps in earning your high school diploma we have a program that fits your needs.

Both programs offer flexible testing for our students to obtain their high school diploma. The diploma and transcripts issued by NSCHS and NSA are accepted by many colleges, universities, branches of military(accompanied with 15 hours of college) as well as employers. The tuition is flexible and affordable.

HomeSchool Program-
This program is designed to allow our students to test  and obtain a high school diploma. In order to demonstrate mastery level of knowledge we must  assess each students knowlege by testing them in 22 areas. Students must obtain a score of at least 70% in all parts of the exam to pass. The diploma and transcripts issued by NSCHS is accepted by many community colleges*, universities**, and employers. The tuition is flexible and affordable. Additional requiremets for this program are as follows: Have a valid state issued identification or drivers license. Can document  having at least 9 credits earned through a public school or be able to provide documentation of education for home school students. Be at least 17 years of age.

Comprehensive Proctored Program -
We currently facilitate enrollments through this program. The program is nationally recognized. Upon graduation they are able to enter into most any college, trade school, or a university. They are also able to obtain government employment and other positions that require a nationally accepted diploma. Have a valid state issued identification or drivers license. Can document  having at least 15 credits earned through a public school or be able to provide documentation of education for home school students. Be at least 17 years of age. Proctor: Any and all proctors should be a parent, guardian or any associate of the student of good moral character and who is at least 23 years of age.

Due to educational requirements, students living in the following states (New York, New Jersey, Louisiana, Georgia and Florida) are strongly urged to enroll into the Comprehensive Proctored Program.
* = Students typically must complete a placement exam for admission and an Ability To Benefit (ATB) exam to receive financial aid through FAFSA.
** = Must take the ACT or SAT exam and score an acceptable score. Acceptable scores are set by the university. Please check with the school you plan to attend for the information.
